We recommend that you place your order at least seven working days prior to delivery to ensure your delivery times are met. Please ensure that you supply your own details to include a contact telephone number and email address as well as a contact telephone number for the recipient if possible. Please ensure all your addresses are accurate and include a postal town and postal code.



You may cancel an order up to 4 working days before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 4 working days before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery.

Cancellation will not be possible when there is less than 4 working days to delivery date and no refunds will be possible.


Acceptance of Orders

All orders received are subject to acceptance by Belgravia House of Gifts CIC (BHG) and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we dispatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval, please contact us by email  HYPERLINK "" outlining the problem within 24 hours.  . If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the gourmet gift box will be refunded on receipt of undamaged/in date goods excluding postage. If goods are returned to us via the courier following unsuccessful delivery attempts and where delivery instructions have been met, refunds will not be given. In these circumstances the customer may request for the goods to be re-sent. This would incur the standard delivery charge and would not cover any spoilt perishable goods. It is Belgravia House of Gifts policy that we do not exchange or refund, personalised items and bespoke orders a refund will be given if goods are returned to us within 7 days, unused and in their original packaging and condition.

Online Payment

We accept payment online by Sage Pay, you will not require a Sage Pay account, and cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and most debit cards including Switch can be used. Please fill in your card number, expiry date and 3 or 4 digit security code. If paying by Switch you will need the card issue number. Maestro needs the start date.

Once your order has been placed, the summary order details will be displayed. You should print or save this page for your records.

No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from BHG if the Goods contain alcohol.

Payment Method and Terms

BHG only accepts online payments.

Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. You can order and pay in advance of your required shipping date, but unless this is stated to BHG, goods ordered will be processed and shipped the following working day of receiving the order


Delivery Information and Cost

UK mainland delivery charges are included in the price. Please contact us for delivery to other destinations. It is your responsibility to order with sufficient lead time to allow delivery of your Gourmet Gift Box to arrive on your required date. (Example: Orders received late Thursday and Friday, recipient will not receive Gourmet Gift Box until Tuesday / Wednesday the following week) Please use our reminder service which will contact you 7 days prior to the date you requires the Gourmet Gift Box to arrive with recipient.



Force Majeure


BHG will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested delivery date. BHG shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to shipping resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots. If attempted delivery is not made within an acceptable time, then the customer may cancel the order. We suggest that this is over 14 working days for UK mainland.



These terms and conditions and all acts of BHG, its Directors and employees shall be in the accordance of the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.


Privacy Policy

BHG collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by BHG to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Under no circumstances will personal details including email addresses be passed onto any third party companies. If the Purchaser does not wish to receive any promotional material they can uncheck the 'Promotions' box in their personal details.


Reservation of Title

All goods remain the property of BHG. Until they have been paid for in full.



You can be confident when you enter 'My Account' with your email address and password, that all your information in the Checkout and Payment area will be fully encrypted using the latest technology. All data sent to our server and the data returned to you is encrypted to prevent unauthorized persons viewing your details.


Complaints / Customer Care

There may be occasions when it may be necessary to substitute goods of an equal or higher value. BHG reserves the right to substitute any items included in its Gourmet Gift Box of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable.



In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, BHG reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.
